The Board of Directors of Shipping Corporation of India (SCI) will meet on February 6, 2026, to review and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the third quarter (Q3) and nine months ending December 31, 2025. The board will also consider the declaration of an interim dividend, if any. The trading window is currently closed and will reopen 48 hours after the results are declared.
Board Meeting Announcement
Shipping Corporation of India (SCI) has announced a board meeting scheduled for February 6, 2026. During this meeting, the board will primarily focus on the following key items:
- Approval of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025 (Q3 2026).
- Consideration of declaration of Interim Dividend, if any.
Trading Window Closure
As per SCI’s code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window has been closed since January 1, 2026. It will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results. Furthermore, if the board declares an interim dividend, the trading window will remain closed for 48 hours after the record date for payment of such dividend.
Dividend Payment Information
If an interim dividend is declared during the February 6, 2026 meeting, it will be paid electronically within 30 days of the declaration date. Payments will be made via online transfer to shareholders holding shares in dematerialized mode who have updated their bank account details. Shareholders who have not updated their bank details with their Depository Participant (DP) will have their dividend held in abeyance until the details are updated. SCI encourages all members to ensure their bank account details are current for timely dividend receipt.
