Niva Bupa Health Insurance has announced the appointment of Mr. Roger William John Davis as an Additional Director (Non-Executive) effective January 29, 2026. The board also appointed Ms. Aparna Sharma as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, also effective the same date. These appointments aim to strengthen the company’s governance structure and leadership team.

Niva Bupa Health Insurance has expanded its board and leadership team with two key appointments effective January 29, 2026.
Appointment of Additional Director
Mr. Roger William John Davis has been appointed as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Director. His appointment is subject to member approval within three months. Mr. Davis brings 40 years of experience in financial services with large global organizations and has held leadership positions at BUPA, Sainsbury’s Bank, and Barclays.
New Company Secretary
Ms. Aparna Sharma has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel). Ms. Sharma brings over 15 years of experience across Insurance, Financial Services, Real Estate, and Manufacturing. She was previously a part of the Company’s Secretarial team since June 2024, and she also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.).
