REC Limited reported a profit before tax of ₹5,116.40 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 (Q3 2026), compared to ₹5,109.67 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 (Q3 2025). Net profit for the period was ₹4,043.08 crore. Total income increased to ₹14,952.50 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 from ₹14,172.71 crore for the corresponding quarter in the previous year.
Nine Months Performance
For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, REC Limited’s profit before tax reached ₹16,316.10 crore compared to ₹14,475.11 crore for the same period in the previous year. The net profit for the nine months was ₹12,919.96 crore, and total income stood at ₹44,780.92 crore.
Asset Quality and Security
The secured listed non-convertible debt securities issued by the company as of December 31, 2025, are fully secured at 1.46 times, which is sufficient to discharge the principal amount and interest at all times.
