EBITDA rose by 59% to ₹245.5 Cr, with a 19.1% margin. PAT increased significantly by 366% to ₹145.1 Cr. The company has reduced working capital and continues to expand its global presence.

Q3 FY26: Segment Performance

Sharda Cropchem’s Agrochemical segment contributed 89% to the total revenue, while the Non-Agrochemical segment accounted for 11%. The total revenue for Q3 FY26 reached ₹1,289 Cr, a 39% increase from the previous year.

Q3 FY26: Product Performance (Agrochemical)

Within the Agrochemical segment, Herbicides contributed 58%, Insecticides 19%, and Fungicides 23% to the total revenue for Q3 FY26.

Q3 FY26: Regional Performance (Agrochemical)

Europe contributed 57%, NAFTA 30%, LATAM 8%, and RoW 5% to the Agrochemical segment’s revenue in Q3 FY26.

Q3 FY26: Financial Highlights

Revenue in Q3 FY26 increased by 39%, driven by a volume growth of ~14.4%. Gross Margins improved by 220 basis points to 34.9%. EBITDA grew by 59% to ₹246 Cr with a margin of 19.1%. PAT for the quarter grew to ₹145 Cr.

9M FY26: Segment Performance

The Agrochemical segment contributed 87% to the total revenue, while the Non-Agrochemical segment accounted for 13%. Total revenue reached ₹3,203 Cr, up 29% YoY.

9M FY26: Product Performance (Agrochemical)

Herbicides contributed 54%, Insecticides 23%, and Fungicides 23% to the Agrochemical segment’s revenue in 9M FY26.

9M FY26: Regional Performance (Agrochemical)

Europe contributed 59%, NAFTA 29%, LATAM 7%, and RoW 5% to the Agrochemical segment’s revenue in 9M FY26.

9M FY26: Financial Highlights

Revenue increased by ~29% driven by sustained volume growth of over 20%. Gross Margins improved by 500 basis points to 35.0%. EBITDA grew by 64% to ₹527 Cr. PAT stood at ₹362 Cr.

Strong Balance Sheet

The company has a strong balance sheet with total equity of ₹2,830 Cr and cash, bank, and liquid investments of ₹826 Cr. The working capital cycle has been reduced.
