APAR Industries reported a revenue of ₹5,480 crore in Q3 FY26, a 16.2% increase compared to Q3 FY25. For the nine-month period, revenue grew by 21.9% to ₹16,299 crore. EBITDA for Q3 FY26 was ₹483 crore, up 20.4%, and PAT stood at ₹209 crore, a 19.4% increase. Domestic revenue increased by 30.0% compared to Q3 FY25.
Conductor Division Highlights
The conductor division reported a revenue increase of 25.1%, reaching ₹3,063 crore in Q3 FY26, driven by commodity price increases and product mix changes. EBITDA grew by 40.5% to ₹251 crore. The pending order book for the conductor division was ₹7,396 crore. Premium product mix constitutes 44.2% of sales.
Specialty Oil and Lubricant Division Highlights
The specialty oil and lubricant division saw revenue increase by 18.4% to ₹1,458 crore in Q3 FY26. Transformer oil volume increased by 10.6%, demonstrating solid domestic and international demand. Export mix stands at 42.1%. EBITDA stands at ₹92 crore.
Cable Division Highlights
The cable division reported revenue of ₹1,362 crore in Q3 FY26, a 7.6% increase. EBITDA grew by 8.7% to ₹132 crore. Domestic business grew 34.1%. The pending order book is at ₹1,668 crore.
9M FY26 Financial Overview
For the nine-month period, APAR Industries reported a PAT of ₹723 crore. The conductor division’s EBITDA reached ₹748 crore, while the cable division’s EBITDA stood at ₹431 crore, and the oil division’s EBITDA reached ₹291 crore.
