Manikantan Iyer holds a B.Com (Cost Accounting) and a Post Graduate degree in Business Administration from SIES College of Management Studies, Mumbai. He leads vigilance, investigations, preventive controls, and regulatory compliance.

Shruti Kumar completed her MBA in Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Management in 1995. She specializes in the resolution of stressed assets. She joined IndusInd Bank in June 2021.
