The embedded EBITDA margin for these pre-sales stands at 33%. During Q3, Lodha added 5 new projects with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of INR 338 billion, the highest ever achieved in a single quarter. The company also expanded its footprint by entering the NCR market with 2 locations.

Strategic Initiatives and Outlook

Lodha is actively advancing its commitment to environmental stewardship through decarbonization efforts across materials, energy, and design. The company hosted a Steel Decarbonization convening to mobilize a buyers’ coalition for low-carbon rebar and launched a pilot program for battery energy storage systems (BESS) to maximize renewable energy contract efficiency. Lodha’s net debt stands at INR 61.7 billion (0.28x Net Debt/Equity), with an exit cost of debt for Q3FY26 at 7.9%.

Lodha Genius Initiative

The Lodha Genius initiative, in collaboration with IISER Pune and Ashoka University, aims to nurture India’s next generation of scientific talent. The program engages selected students from Grade 6 through immersive weekend science circles, designed to spark curiosity and build foundational scientific thinking. 75 high-potential students were selected for the inaugural cohort from over 2,000 applicants.

Unnati Program

Through the Unnati Program, Lodha partners with communities to strengthen socio-economic resilience. Over 2,000 families are currently enrolled in the program and receive targeted financial support. Additionally, focused upskilling initiatives through the Palava Skill Centre enable participants to enhance employability and build sustainable livelihoods.
