SRF Limited Reports 6% Revenue Growth and 23% EBIT Increase in Q3 FY26

Financial Performance Highlights

SRF Limited reported positive financial results for Quarter 3 of Financial Year 2026, demonstrating resilience in a challenging global environment. Key highlights include:

  • Gross operating revenue increased by 6% to INR 3,713 crore.
  • EBIT was up by 23% year-on-year, increasing from INR 529 crore to INR 653 crore, with an 18% margin.
  • PAT expanded significantly by 60% year-on-year to INR 433 crore.

Chemicals Business Performance

The Chemicals Business reported a revenue growth of 22%, increasing from INR 1,496 crore in Q3 FY25 to INR 1,825 crore in Q3 FY26. This was driven by higher refrigerant volumes and improved operational efficiencies in both Fluorochemicals and Specialty Chemicals.

Strategic Developments

SRF is adding a second pharma intermediate plant at its Dahej site with an investment of INR 180 crore, expected to be commissioned in the next 8 months. The company has applied for a total of 506 patents, including 5 filed during the quarter with 153 patents granted.

Fluorochemicals Business

The Fluorochemicals business delivered a record quarter, supported by firm global HFC prices and China’s quota-led supply restrictions. The domestic market is recovering well after a weak first half.

Performance Films & Foils Business

This business reported revenue of INR 1,342 crore in Q3 FY26, a 3% year-on-year decline. However, EBIT increased to INR 95 crore compared to INR 90 crore in Q3 FY25, due to lower volumes of BOPET and BOPP in the domestic market, but the market has started to show recovery signs from December onwards.

Technical Textiles Business

The Technical Textiles business reported revenue of INR 454 crore in Q3 FY26, amid a challenging market. SRF achieved EcoVadis Silver Certification for Sustainability.

Dividend Announcement

The Board approved a second interim dividend of INR5 per share, with a cash outflow of INR148.21 crore, following the first interim dividend of INR4 per share declared on July 23, 2025.

Capex Outlook

SRF remains on track with its capex plans. The first stage of investments in the Odisha site will be in the range of INR1,500 crore to INR2,000 crore. The capex for FY27 also remains strong, focused on plants for new generation gases.
