Tata Consultancy Services Expands Latin American Presence with New Brazil Campus

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is building a new delivery center in Londrina, Brazil, investing USD 37 million. This state-of-the-art campus is expected to be completed by 2027 and will create over 1,600 new jobs, serving as a strategic hub for clients across industries in Brazil and Latin America. This investment reinforces TCS’s long-term commitment to the Latin American market.

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) announced the construction of a new, large-scale delivery center in Londrina, Brazil, with an initial investment of USD 37 million (BRL 200 million). The new campus is slated to be completed by 2027. The investment highlights TCS’s dedication to expanding its presence and capabilities in the Latin American region.

Job Creation and Strategic Hub

The new campus is projected to create over 1,600 new jobs. The facility will function as a strategic hub, supporting TCS clients across various industries in both Brazil and Latin America. This development represents a significant investment by TCS in the region, solidifying its commitment to long-term growth and service delivery.

Facility Features and Innovation

The new campus will be spread across an area of 9,000 square meters and will comprise three newly constructed facilities, designed to meet LEED Gold Building Certification standards. The facility will consolidate TCS’s existing workforce in Londrina into a single location and provide the capacity to accommodate new hires. The campus will also serve as a hub for collaboration and innovation, facilitating business transformation through technologies such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and ERP solutions.

Strategic Expansion and Technology Focus

The strategic expansion includes developing workforce capabilities in key technologies like Google, AWS, SAP, and Microsoft. This will enhance TCS’s ability to deliver innovative solutions to Brazilian and international clients, enabling them to navigate the rapidly evolving business landscape. Furthermore, TCS offices in Londrina have launched Al labs and the tcsAl Fridays initiative to accelerate Al adoption and drive an Al-first culture within the organization.

TCS has been operating in Brazil for over two decades, with operations in Londrina, São Paulo, and Rio de Janeiro. The company serves more than 200 clients in Brazil across various sectors, including banking, insurance, mining, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and telecommunications.
