Tata Consumer Products Strong Volume Growth Drives Q3 FY26 Results

Tata Consumer Products reported a strong 15% topline growth in Q3 FY26, driven by volume. India Branded business also saw an Underlying Volume Growth of 15%. The company’s Salt business recorded its fourth consecutive quarter of double-digit growth. Consolidated EBITDA was up 26% to Rs 728 Crores, while Group Net Profit rose by 36% to Rs 385 crores.

Tata Consumer Products announced robust results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 (Q3 FY26):

  • Revenue from Operations: Rs 5112 Crores, up 15%
  • Consolidated EBITDA: Rs 728 Crores, up 26%
  • Group Net Profit: Rs 385 crores, up 36%

The company’s India Tea business saw margins return to normative levels as lower input costs were passed on to consumers.

India Business Updates

Updates from the India Business segment:

  • India packaged beverages business revenue grew 3%. Coffee continued its strong trajectory, growing 40%.
  • Tata Coffee Grand Premium launched its first brand campaign in Non-South markets.
  • RTD business delivered its 2nd consecutive quarter of double-digit growth, recording 26% revenue growth. Tetley entered the RTD tea segment with two differentiated launches – Tetley Green Tea Slimcare and Tetley Fruit Tea.
  • India Foods business revenue grew 19%. Salt revenue grew 14%.
  • Tata Sampann grew 45% supported by new launches and innovations.

Key Innovations and Launches

The company continued to focus on innovation, with 15 new launches during the quarter, spanning Health & Wellness, Convenience, and Premiumization categories. These include new products from brands like Tata Coffee, Tata Sampann and Tetley.

Tata Starbucks

Tata Starbucks added 12 net new stores during the quarter, bringing the total to 504 stores across 81 cities.

International Business

For the quarter, the International business revenue grew 11% in constant currency terms, led by strong coffee performance in the USA. Eight O’Clock coffee continues to gain market share. In Canada, Tetley is the fastest-growing brand in specialty tea.
