Tilaknagar Industries has announced changes in its Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) and Senior Management Personnel (SMP), effective January 27, 2026. Mr. Abhinav Gupta has relinquished his role as Chief Financial Officer, while Mr. Rajesh Choudhary has been appointed as the new CFO. Other changes include new responsibilities for Mr. Minuzeer Bamboat and re-designations for senior management roles.
Key Leadership Appointments
As of January 27, 2026, Mr. Rajesh Choudhary, previously serving as Senior Vice President – Finance & Accounts, has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company. He also takes on the role of a Senior Management Personnel (SMP).
Mr. Abhinav Gupta has relinquished his position as Chief Financial Officer to transition into the role of Chief of Internal Audit within the company. While no longer a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), he remains a Senior Management Personnel (SMP).
Expanded Responsibilities
Mr. Minuzeer Bamboat, currently serving as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, has been assigned additional responsibilities as Head – Legal. He will still retain his status as Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) and Senior Management Personnel (SMP).
Senior Management Re-Designations
Several changes have been made to the designations of Senior Management Personnel (SMP), effective January 27, 2026:
- Mr. Nishant Jain, previously President-Sales, is now Chief Sales Officer.
- Mr. Ameya Deshpande, formerly President – Corporate Development & Strategy, is now Chief Strategy Officer.
- Mr. Tarun Behl, formerly Vice President – Manufacturing, is now Vice President – Manufacturing & Projects.
New Senior Management Inclusion
Mr. Sai Amrutkumar Vegisetti, Chief Information Officer, has been newly included as a Senior Management Personnel (SMP), overseeing the Information Technology function of the Company.
