IFB Industries’ Board of Directors has approved the re-appointment of Ms. Sreedevi Pillai as an Independent Director and appointed Mr. Saurav Adhikari and Mr. Subir Chakraborty as Additional Directors. Mr. Ashok Bhandari was appointed as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director. Additionally, M/s. Mani & Co. were appointed as Cost Auditors for the financial year 2025-26 with a remuneration of ₹9 lakhs, subject to shareholder approval.
Directorate Appointments and Re-appointments
The Board has approved several key changes to its composition, effective January 2026:
- Ms. Sreedevi Pillai re-appointed as Independent Director (w.e.f. January 28, 2026).
- Mr. Saurav Adhikari appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent).
- Mr. Subir Chakraborty appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent).
- Mr. Ashok Bhandari appointed as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director (w.e.f. January 30, 2026).
The appointments of Mr. Adhikari, Mr. Chakraborty, and Mr. Bhandari are subject to shareholder approval.
Cost Auditor Appointment
M/s. Mani & Co., Cost Accountants, have been appointed as the Cost Auditor for the financial year 2025-26. The remuneration for their services is set at ₹9 lakhs (excluding taxes and out-of-pocket expenses), and is subject to shareholder approval.
