Dissatisfied with the CESTAT order, the Commissioner CGST & Central Excise, Jabalpur, filed an appeal with the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Principal Seat at Jabalpur, on July 21, 2025. The High Court admitted the appeal, and a notice was served to the company on January 23, 2026.
