Financial Performance

Tips Music Limited reported a revenue of ₹94.29 crores for Q3 FY26, a 21% increase compared to ₹77.7 crores in Q3 FY25. Operating EBITDA for the quarter grew by 34%, reaching ₹74.5 crores compared to ₹55.6 crores in the previous year. Operating EBITDA margins stood at 79% versus 72%. Profit after tax for Q3 FY26 was ₹58.7 crores, a 33% increase from ₹44.2 crores in Q3 FY25. For the 9-month period of FY’26, revenue was ₹271 crores, a 17% increase. PAT for the same period was ₹157.7 crores, a 16% increase.

Dividend Announcement

The Board has approved a dividend of ₹5 per share, amounting to ₹63.91 crores, with a total payout of ₹166.18 crores for the year, fulfilling the company’s commitment to return 100% of last year’s PAT to shareholders.

Business Highlights

The cumulative YouTube channel subscriber base has grown to 145.3 million. A partnership with B4U TV was announced, expanding the reach of the company’s catalogue to television audiences globally. The music content portfolio expanded by 108 new releases this quarter, comprising 70 film and 38 non-film tracks. The company is maintaining its revenue growth guidance of 20% and has revised its PAT growth guidance upwards to 25% for the year.

Future Outlook

The company has several Hindi movies slated for release in FY27, including projects with Imtiaz Ali, David Dhawan, and Vikas Bahl. The company aims to achieve a content acquisition target of 25%-28% in FY27. The company expects revenue to reach ₹372 crores for the current year, with a target of ₹450-455 crores for the next year, projecting a 20% growth.
