The Exploration & Production of Hydrocarbons segment reported a loss of ₹222.60 crore before tax, other income and finance costs. Total segment assets stood at ₹231,864.21 crore as of December 31, 2025.

The company’s debt-equity ratio stood at 0.06 as of December 31, 2025. The debt service coverage ratio was 30.64 times. The net worth of the company reached ₹96,171.35 crore. The current ratio stood at 0.92.

Operational Highlights

The refinery throughput for Q3 2026 was 10.51 MMT. Market sales for the quarter were 14.07 MMT, with domestic sales growth of 4.76%. The Average Gross Refining Margin (GRM) for the nine months ended December 31, 2025, was $9.68 per barrel.
