Apollo Tyres Board to Consider Quarterly Results and Interim Dividend

Apollo Tyres has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 4, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025 (Q3 FY26). The board will also consider the declaration of an interim dividend for FY26, with a record date of February 10, 2026, if declared.

Board Meeting Scheduled

The Board of Directors of Apollo Tyres is scheduled to convene on Wednesday, February 4, 2026. The primary agenda is to review and approve the company’s financial performance for the recent quarter.

Financial Results on the Agenda

The board will specifically consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025 (Q3 FY26). This will provide stakeholders with insights into the company’s performance during this period.

Interim Dividend Consideration

In addition to the financial results, the Board will also deliberate on the possibility of declaring an interim dividend for the financial year FY26. If an interim dividend is declared, the record date for determining eligible shareholders for the dividend payout is set for Tuesday, February 10, 2026.
