Uday V. Joshi (DIN: 009753984) has been appointed as an Additional Director and Whole-Time Director (Executive Director) of Garware Hi-Tech Films, effective February 1, 2026. This appointment follows the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Joshi’s Extensive Experience
Mr. Joshi brings approximately 35 years of experience to Garware Hi-Tech Films. His expertise includes projects, manufacturing of BOPET films, process, quality control, technical services, process enhancements, and resource management within the BOPET film manufacturing industry. He holds a B.E. in Production from VJTI Mumbai and a postgraduate diploma in finance and management from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU).

The company also announced the cessation of Mohan S. Adsul as Whole-time Director, effective January 31, 2026. Furthermore, Garware Hi-Tech Films is incorporating a wholly-owned subsidiary in Dubai and UAE. Reconstitution of Stakeholders Relationship Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, Risk Management Committee and Vigil Mechanism Committee with effect from February 01, 2026 was announced.
