Jio Financial Services (JFS) demonstrated strong financial results in Q3 FY26, characterized by significant growth across its key business segments. Key highlights include:

  • Assets Under Management: Reached over ₹19,000 crore, marking a 4.5x year-on-year growth.
  • Net Income from Business Operations: Increased to ₹386 crore, up 320% year-on-year and 22% sequentially. This represents 55% of Consolidated Total Net Income.
  • Consolidated Total Income: Doubled year-on-year to approximately ₹900 crore.
  • Pre-Provisioning Operating Profit: Stood at ₹354 crore.

Jio Credit Performance

Jio Credit achieved substantial scale, with Assets Under Management exceeding ₹19,000 crore. Gross disbursements for the quarter were over ₹8,600 crore, double the disbursements in Q3 FY25.

Jio Payments Bank Growth

Jio Payments Bank witnessed substantial growth in Q3 FY26:

  • Deposit base crossed ₹500 crore, up 94% year-on-year.
  • Customer base grew 69% year-on-year.
  • Expanded Business Correspondent network to approximately 287,000 touchpoints.

JioBlackRock Update

The joint venture, JioBlackRock, has launched 10 funds across cash, debt, and equity categories. Assets Under Management in this business stood at around ₹15,000 crore.
