Details of Suspensions

The first suspension involves the store situated at Pickle Road Karwar, Karnataka. The drug license suspension is for a period of two days, commencing from January 19, 2026. The potential revenue loss is estimated at Rs~1.02 lacs. The action was taken by the Assistant Director, Drugs Control Administration, Karwar circle Karwar, Karnataka, under Rule 65 of Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945.

The second suspension affects the store located in Uppal Prashanti Nagar, Shameerpet, Telangana. Similar to the Karwar store, this suspension is also for two days, with an estimated potential revenue loss of Rs~1.77 lacs. The Assistant Director, Drugs Control Administration, Shameerpet, Telangana, initiated the suspension.
