Rallis India Reports 19% Revenue Growth in Q3 FY26

Rallis India reported a 19% year-on-year revenue growth in Q3 FY26, reaching ₹623 crore. EBITDA increased to ₹58 crore, compared to ₹44 crore in Q3 FY25. Revenue for the nine months ended December 31, 2025, grew by 9% to ₹2,441 crore. EBITDA for the same period increased by 18% to ₹362 crore.

Financial Performance in Q3 FY26

Rallis India announced a 19% revenue increase in Q3 FY26, reaching ₹623 crore. This growth was driven by strong volume performance across all business segments. The company’s EBITDA for the quarter rose to ₹58 crore, significantly up from ₹44 crore in Q3 FY25. Profit before tax reached ₹36 crore compared to ₹19 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

Nine-Month Performance

For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, Rallis India reported revenue of ₹2,441 crore, a 9% increase over the previous year. The company’s EBITDA also saw an increase of 18% to ₹362 crore. Profit after tax increased by 26% to reach ₹199 crore.

Business Segment Performance

During Q3 FY26, the Crop Care business saw healthy growth, bolstered by field activity and customer engagement. The Seeds business saw strong growth, driven by demand and volume performance. The B2B business registered significant growth due to customer engagement.

Innovation and Development

The company successfully launched a new herbicide, Fateh Nxt™, and continued to develop its innovation pipeline. A three-way herbicide combination for wheat received an Indian patent, and the Mesotrione process patent was granted in the US.

Strategic Initiatives

Rallis India continues to use digital channels to improve customer and retailer engagement, implementing schemes to broaden market reach. The company is focused on enhancing sales, increasing volume, and preparing for upcoming seasons with product launches and market activation efforts.
