Bank of Baroda Key Managerial Personnel Re-designations Announced

Bank of Baroda has announced the re-designation of two key managerial personnel (KMP). Mr. Negi Ravindra Singh, previously Chief Risk Officer, is now Group Chief Risk Officer. Mr. Elango Balasuramaniam, formerly Chief Group Compliance Officer, assumes the role of Group Chief Compliance Officer. The changes are effective from January 20, 2026, and are described as purely in nomenclature with no change in existing responsibilities.

Mr. Elango Balasuramaniam has been re-designated as CGM, Group Chief Compliance Officer, remaining in a compliance leadership role.

Nature of Changes

The bank clarifies that the re-designation is purely a change in nomenclature. There will be no changes to the responsibilities, reporting structure or scope of duties of the personnel in question.
