Mr. Elango Balasuramaniam, formerly Chief Group Compliance Officer, assumes the role of Group Chief Compliance Officer. The changes are effective from January 20, 2026, and are described as purely in nomenclature with no change in existing responsibilities.

Nature of Changes
The bank clarifies that the re-designation is purely a change in nomenclature. There will be no changes to the responsibilities, reporting structure or scope of duties of the personnel in question.
