Details of the Acquisition

The acquisition involved purchasing an additional 2,04,615 shares, representing 0.11% of the total equity. The transactions were conducted via open market purchases. The paid-up equity share capital of Mphasis Limited is ₹1,90,55,78,730, comprising 19,05,57,873 equity shares at ₹10 each.

Previous Holding

Before this acquisition, HDFC Mutual Fund held 93,37,032 shares of Mphasis, representing 4.90% of the company’s equity.

Funds Involved

The HDFC Trustee Company Limited A/c, acting through various schemes including but not limited to HDFC BSE 500 ETF, HDFC BSE 500 Index Fund, HDFC Arbitrage Fund, HDFC Value Fund, HDFC Balanced Advantage Fund, HDFC Innovation Fund, and HDFC Large and Mid Cap Fund, contributed to this increased holding.
