Canara Bank Board to Consider Q3 & Nine Months Financial Results

Canara Bank has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on January 29, 2026, to review and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the third quarter (Q3: Oct-Dec) and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The meeting will take place at the bank’s Head Office in Bengaluru. Following the results declaration, the trading window will be closed for 48 hours.

Board Meeting Scheduled

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Canara Bank is scheduled for January 29, 2026. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the unaudited (reviewed) standalone and consolidated financial results for the third quarter and nine months which ended on December 31, 2025.

Trading Window Closure

In accordance with regulations concerning insider trading, the trading window for Directors, Designated Persons, and Insiders will be closed from January 1, 2026. This closure will remain in effect for 48 hours following the declaration of the bank’s financial results for the third quarter (Q3: Oct-Dec) and nine months ending December 31, 2025.
