  • Standalone net sales for Q3 increased by 19% year-over-year, reaching INR 3,132 crores (compared to INR 2,630 crores).
  • For the nine-month period, net sales grew by 19% to INR 8,555 crores (compared to INR 7,542 crores).
  • Q3 EBITDA stood at INR 536 crores, up 10% from the previous year (INR 486 crores).
  • EBITDA for the nine-month period rose by 34% to INR 1,648 crores (compared to INR 1,232 crores).
  • Q3 profit before tax was INR 276 crores.

Volume and Capacity Expansion

The company experienced significant volume growth, with grey cement volumes up by 20% quarter-on-quarter and 23% year-on-year. White cement volumes increased by 15% quarter-on-quarter and 13% year-on-year.

Key project updates include:

  • The Brownfield 6 million-tonne expansion in Central India.
  • Clinkerization unit of 3.3 million tonnes commissioned.
  • Grinding units (1 million tonne each) at Panna, Hamirpur, and Prayagraj commissioned.
  • Buxar Greenfield grinding unit is in advanced stages of completion.

Strategic Outlook and Growth Plans

JK Cement is confident in completing the remaining work at the Panna project. A Greenfield expansion at Jaisalmer is underway, with work already started. The company anticipates commissioning the Jaisalmer project by September 2027. They are also progressing with grinding locations in Punjab and Rajasthan, expecting commissioning by September 2027. Additionally, a Greenfield wall putty plant in Rajasthan is expected to be commissioned by September 2026.
