Amber Enterprises Acquires Land for New Manufacturing Facilities

Amber Enterprises India Limited will establish two new manufacturing units after being allotted land by the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA). The company secured 100 acres, and its subsidiary, Ascent-K Circuit Private Limited, obtained 16 acres. The total investment is projected at INR 6,785 Crore and is expected to generate over 3,000 direct jobs. These expansions will enhance domestic production and align with the “Atmanirbhar Bharat” initiative.

Land Acquisition for Manufacturing Expansion

Amber Enterprises India Limited has been allotted 100 acres of land by the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) on January 18, 2026. This land will be used for establishing a new manufacturing facility in Sector 8, YEIDA, near Jewar Airport.

Subsidiary to Establish Separate Unit

Ascent-K Circuit Private Limited, a subsidiary of IL JIN Electronics (India) Private Limited, has been allotted 16 acres of land by YEIDA. This land will be used to set up a separate manufacturing unit at Sector 10, YEIDA, near Jewar Airport.

Investment and Employment Projections

The combined investment for these new facilities is projected to be INR 6,785 Crore. The facilities are expected to generate direct employment for over 3,000 people.

Strategic Alignment and Production Capacity

These projects are expected to significantly enhance the Group’s manufacturing capabilities and promote the localisation of critical components in line with the “Atmanirbhar Bharat” initiative. This will also help to strengthen domestic production capacity.
