Revised Meeting Date
The board meeting will now take place on Wednesday, February 04, 2026. During the meeting, the board will address key financial matters.
Agenda Highlights
The primary agenda item for the rescheduled meeting is to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months that ended on December 31, 2025. This includes a review of the Limited Review Report by the Statutory Auditor.
Trading Window Closure
