PI Industries has appointed Ms. Kamali Rajesh as the Global Chief People Officer (CPO), effective January 19, 2026. She will be part of the Senior Management Personnel. Consequently, Mr. Balasubramaniam Aiyaswamy, the current CPO, will step down from the Senior Management Personnel on the same date. The appointment reflects PI Industries’ commitment to strengthening its leadership team.

Ms. Kamali Rajesh is a seasoned Human Resources leader with over 25 years of experience across Asia, Europe, the US, and Africa. She has held senior HR leadership roles across various industries, including agritech and automotive. Prior to joining PI Industries, she served as Global Head of People & Organisation Development at Syngenta Group. Ms. Rajesh holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Social Work from Madras University.
