Reason for the Request

The request for reclassification stems from WestBridge AIF I no longer holding more than 20% of the equity share capital of each of the entities. Both Ebono Private Limited and GS E-commerce Private Limited confirmed that they, along with related persons, do not hold more than 10% of the total voting rights in the company and do not exercise control over the company’s affairs. They also confirmed that they do not have any special rights or representation on the board of directors.
