Details of the Conversion
Following the provisions of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, the firm will now operate as M S K A & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants. The new ICAI Firm Registration Number (FRN) assigned to the LLP is 105047W/W101187. This conversion is a change in the firm’s legal structure and will not affect its responsibilities as the auditor for Choice International.
Continued Services
M S K A & Associates LLP will continue to serve as the Statutory Auditor for Choice International. The firm will keep fulfilling its obligations for the remaining period of its tenure.
