Consolidated Financial Highlights
Reliance Industries reported a consolidated gross revenue of ₹293,829 crore in Q3 FY26, a 10.0% increase Y-o-Y. EBITDA stood at ₹50,932 crore, up 6.1% Y-o-Y, with a margin of 17.3%. Profit after tax was ₹22,167 crore, a 1.7% increase. For 9M FY26, EBITDA reached ₹159,323 crore, up 18.3% Y-o-Y, and profit after tax was ₹75,165 crore, up 28.1% Y-o-Y.
Jio Platforms Performance
Jio Platforms’ revenue for Q3 FY26 reached ₹43,683 crore, up 12.7% Y-o-Y. EBITDA was ₹19,303 crore, up 16.4% Y-o-Y, with a margin of 51.8%. Jio Airfiber became the first FWA service to surpass 10 million subscribers. Total subscriber base exceeds 515 million as of December 2025. Data traffic increased 34% Y-o-Y.
Reliance Retail Performance
Reliance Retail recorded revenue of ₹97,605 crore in Q3 FY26, up 8.1% Y-o-Y. EBITDA was ₹6,915 crore, up 1.3% Y-o-Y. The number of transactions during the quarter crossed 500 million. The business expanded its store network by 431 new stores.
O2C Segment Performance
The Oil to Chemicals (O2C) segment reported revenue of ₹162,095 crore in Q3 FY26, up 8.4% Y-o-Y. EBITDA was ₹16,507 crore, up 14.6% Y-o-Y. Jio-bp now operates a network of 2,125 fuel retail outlets.
Oil and Gas Segment Performance
The Oil and Gas segment reported revenue of ₹5,833 crore, down 8.4% Y-o-Y. EBITDA was ₹4,857 crore, down 12.7% Y-o-Y, due to lower volumes and price realization.
Jiostar Business Performance
Jiostar had healthy EBITDA of ₹1,303 crore for the quarter. It averaged 450 million MAUs. The television network reached over 830 million viewers.
