Transition to LLP
Effective January 13, 2026, M S K A & Associates is now known as M S K A & Associates LLP. This conversion follows the provisions of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008. The ICAI Firm Registration No. is 105047W/W101187.
No Impact on Audit Engagement
The bank clarifies that this conversion will not affect the existing audit engagement. M S K A & Associates LLP will continue to fulfill its obligations as Joint Statutory Auditors for the remainder of its tenure.
