The Statutory Auditors will now be known as M S K A & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants. The ICAI Firm Registration No. is 105047W/W101187.
No Impact on Engagement
L&T clarifies that this change pertains solely to the firm’s constitution. There will be no change in the engagement with the Auditors. M S K A & Associates LLP will continue to serve as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the remainder of their approved term.
