Joydeep Dasgupta, Director (Production) at NMDC Steel Limited, has been entrusted with the additional charge of Director (Personnel), effective February 1, 2026. This assignment is for an initial period of three months, lasting until April 30, 2026, or until further notice. The decision comes following a Ministry of Steel order.

Joydeep Dasgupta, already serving as Director (Production), will now also assume responsibilities as Director (Personnel) at NMDC Steel Limited.
Terms of Appointment
The additional charge is effective from February 1, 2026 and will remain in place for a period of three months. The end date for this additional responsibility is set for April 30, 2026, or until any further official communications alter this arrangement.
