Deepak Fertilisers has stated that the order relates to a disallowance of input tax credit due to non-reflection in GSTR2A, deeming it an ineligible credit. The company believes the demand is not justified and intends to challenge the order through an appeal. The company will be contesting the order at an appropriate forum. According to the company, there is no material impact on the financials, operations, or other activities.
