One 97 Communications has finalized the acquisition of a 100% stake in Fincollect Services Private Limited, effective January 13, 2026. Additionally, a new wholly-owned subsidiary named “Paytm Europe Payments S.A.” has been incorporated in Luxembourg, with a subscription of 30,000 equity shares at EURO 1 each. This move expands Paytm’s global footprint and service offerings.
Fincollect Services Acquisition Finalized
One 97 Communications has completed the acquisition of a 100% stake in Fincollect Services Private Limited (“Fincollect Services”) from Urja Money Private Limited. As of January 13, 2026, Fincollect Services has become a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
New Subsidiary in Luxembourg
Furthermore, on December 22, 2025, Paytm Cloud Technologies Limited (“PCTL”) incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary (“WOS”) in Luxembourg named “Paytm Europe Payments S.A.”. PCTL has subscribed to 30,000 equity shares of EURO 1 each in this new European venture as of January 12, 2026.
