Endurance Technologies Eligibility Certificate Received Under Incentive Scheme

Endurance Technologies has received an addendum to their Eligibility Certificate, making them eligible for incentives under the Package Scheme of Incentives – 2019. This allows the company to receive incentives up to Rs. 858.29 crore, including an increase of Rs. 252.26 crore. The incentives relate to investments in fixed assets from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2025. The admissible incentive from April 1, 2025 to September 30, 2031, will be up to Rs. 125.38 crore per financial year.

Incentive Eligibility Confirmed

Endurance Technologies has been granted an addendum to the Eligibility Certificate (“EC”) under the Package Scheme of Incentives – 2019. This follows the company’s initial intimation on April 4, 2025, regarding the EC issued by the Directorate of Industries, Government of Maharashtra.

Financial Impact of the Incentive

As a result, Endurance Technologies is now eligible to receive incentives totaling Rs. 858.29 crore. This figure includes an increase of Rs. 252.26 crore over the previously reported Rs. 606.03 crore. These incentives are associated with investments made in fixed assets between April 1, 2019 and March 31, 2025, at the company’s eligible units.

Incentive Utilization

The company intends to utilize these incentives in the form of Industrial Promotion Subsidy, through refunds of SGST collections by its eligible units, and via Electricity Duty exemption. For the period from April 1, 2025 to September 30, 2031, the admissible incentive under the Scheme is projected to be up to Rs. 125.38 crore per financial year.
