DCM Shriram Board to Consider Interim Dividend on January 20, 2026

The Board of Directors of DCM Shriram is scheduled to meet on January 20, 2026, to consider, inter alia, the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The board will also consider the payment of a 2nd Interim Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2025-26. The record date for the purpose of the 2nd Interim Dividend is January 24, 2026.

Board Meeting for Financial Results and Dividend

DCM Shriram has announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors will be held on Tuesday, January 20, 2026. The primary agenda includes reviewing and approving the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025.

Interim Dividend Consideration

In addition to the financial results, the Board will also deliberate on the declaration of a 2nd Interim Dividend, if deemed appropriate, for the financial year 2025-26. This decision will be based on the company’s performance and financial standing during the specified period.

Record Date

The record date for determining shareholders’ eligibility for the 2nd Interim Dividend is set as Saturday, January 24, 2026. This means that individuals holding shares of DCM Shriram on this date will be entitled to receive the dividend, if approved by the Board.

Trading Window Closure

As per the previous communication on December 26, 2025, the trading window for company equity shares remains closed from January 1, 2026, and will remain closed for 48 hours after declaration of the financial results i.e., up to January 22, 2026 (both days inclusive).
