This collaboration builds on Infosys’ role as ATP’s Digital Innovation Partner since 2015, enhancing digital platforms and focusing on sustainability with tools like Carbon Tracker.
‘Ally’ Chatbot Launch
Infosys and ATP have introduced ‘Ally’, an AI chatbot designed to elevate the fan experience. The chatbot provides real-time insights on match statistics, tournament draws, schedules, and more. Users also have access to player stats and historical records through natural language conversations. The announcement was officially made on January 12, 2026.
Partnership Extension Through 2028
Building on a decade-long relationship, Infosys and ATP have extended their partnership through 2028. This extension aims to further enrich the tennis ecosystem using cutting-edge digital solutions. Infosys has been ATP’s Digital Innovation Partner since 2015, developing platforms like ATP PlayerZone and the ATP Stats Centre.
Sustainability Initiatives
Infosys and ATP also launched Version 2.0 of Carbon Tracker in 2025, a sustainability initiative designed to help players reduce their travel emissions. Since its initial launch in 2023, over 300 players have used the tool, tracking 2.3 million kilometers of travel and offsetting 585 tonnes of carbon as of 2025.
