Shyam Metalics has released its sales data for December 2025 and Q3 FY26. The report details sales volumes and realizations across various product categories including Stainless Steel, Aluminium Foil, Pellet, Speciality Alloys, Carbon Steel, CR Coil/CR Sheets, HR Tube/Pipe and Sponge Iron. The report offers insights into YoY, MoM and QoQ performance. A good performance was seen in Speciality Alloys with volume increase of 50.05% YoY.
Stainless Steel Performance
In December 2025, Stainless Steel sales volume reached 9,393 MT, a 19.07% increase YoY and 44.11% increase MoM. The average realization was ₹1,44,988/MT, up 18.18% YoY and 1.79% MoM. For Q3 FY26, the sales volume was 22,282 MT, with an average realization of ₹1,42,079/MT.
Aluminium Foil Performance
Aluminium Foil sales volume in December 2025 was 1,820 MT, a -4.69% decrease YoY and -5.47% decrease MoM. The average realization was ₹3,82,411/MT, up 7.35% YoY and 2.71% MoM. Q3 FY26 sales volume was 5,115 MT with an average realization of ₹3,78,147/MT.
Pellet Sales Analysis
In December 2025, Pellet sales volume was 85,413 MT, a -1.95% decrease YoY and -16.72% decrease MoM. The average realization was ₹9,170/MT, up 5.55% YoY and 1.65% MoM. Q3 FY26 recorded sales of 278,684 MT with average realization of ₹9,156/MT.
Speciality Alloys Sales
Speciality Alloys showed strong growth with December 2025 sales volume at 21,759 MT, a significant 50.05% increase YoY and 11.98% increase MoM. The average realization was ₹92,423/MT, up 3.12% YoY but down -1.28% MoM. Q3 FY26 sales reached 57,381 MT with average realization of ₹93,054/MT.
Carbon Steel Sales Figures
Carbon Steel sales volume for December 2025 was 145,616 MT, reflecting an -8.03% decrease YoY, but 9.30% increase MoM. The average realization stood at ₹41,096/MT, down -4.40% YoY, but up 3.87% MoM. Q3 FY26 sales reached 411,847 MT with average realization of ₹40,264/MT.
CR Coil/CR Sheets Performance
CR Coil/CR Sheets sales volume in December 2025 was 18,078 MT, a substantial 835.77% increase YoY and 18.79% increase MoM. The average realization was ₹72,983/MT, up 7.24% YoY and down -2.24% MoM. Sales volume for Q3 FY26 was 46,346 MT with an average realization of ₹74,194/MT.
HR Tube/Pipe Sales
HR Tube/Pipe sales volume in December 2025 was 478 MT, with an average realization of ₹47,662/MT. Q3 FY26 sales reached 1,271 MT with average realization of ₹48,076/MT.
Sponge Iron Sales
Sponge Iron sales volume in December 2025 was 88,808 MT, a 19.52% increase YoY and 16.95% increase MoM. The average realization was ₹22,461/MT, down -7.98% YoY but up 1.45% MoM. Q3 FY26 sales reached 248,704 MT with average realization of ₹22,470/MT.
Pig Iron Sales Update
Pig Iron sales volume in December 2025 was 35,783 MT, a 45.49% increase YoY but -35.44% decrease MoM. Average realization was ₹32,265/MT, down -3.96% YoY and up 2.12% MoM. Q3 FY26 sales volume reached 1,51,282 MT and an average realization of ₹31,847/MT.
