During the meeting, the board will review and approve the following:
a) The condensed audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company under IndAS for the quarter ended December 31, 2025.
b) The condensed audited consolidated financial results of the Company under IFRS for the quarter ended December 31, 2025.
c) Consideration for declaration of an interim dividend, if any, for the financial year 2025-26.
Results Approval and Trading Window Closure
The financial results will be approved by the Board of Directors on January 16, 2026.
The trading window for dealing in the company’s securities is closed from December 16, 2025, to January 18, 2026 (both days inclusive).
