Before joining Angel One, he served as Vice President Legal at NSE. He also held key leadership positions at Citicorp Finance and HSBC. His expertise includes securities laws, M&A, litigation, and enterprise risk frameworks.

In his role as General Counsel, Ajit Sinha is expected to drive legal strategy, governance, and risk management. He is known for his strategic acumen, regulatory expertise, and ability to partner with boards and CXOs to enable growth.
