IRCON International Limited has appointed Shri Sudhir Singh as Director (Projects), effective January 2, 2026. This appointment follows an order from the Ministry of Railways. Shri Singh will hold this additional charge alongside his existing responsibilities, until further notice. The Board of Directors has approved this appointment, further strengthening IRCON’s leadership team.
Director (Projects) Appointed
Shri Sudhir Singh has been appointed as Director (Projects) at IRCON International Limited, effective January 2, 2026. The decision was made based on an order from the Ministry of Railways, dated December 31, 2025. Singh will take on the additional role of Director (Projects) while continuing his existing duties.
Shri Sudhir Singh’s Profile
Singh, a BE in Civil Engineering from the University of Roorkee (now IIT Roorkee), joined Indian Railways in September 2000. With over 26 years of experience, he has worked on projects including the Udhampur-Srinagar-Baramulla Rail Link (USBRL) Project and the commissioning of Anand Vihar Terminal. He has held key positions such as Senior Divisional Engineer/Coordinator and has also worked with the Rail Land Development Authority.

Singh’s appointment brings a blend of technical expertise, project leadership, and strategic contributions to IRCON. He is not related to any other Director of the Company.
