Departures
Shri Sanjeev Raina, Executive Director I/C (Corporate HSSE), and Ms. Teresa Raju Naidu, Executive Director (Internal Audit), have superannuated from their roles at BPCL. Their last day of service was December 31, 2025.
Appointment of New Head – Internal Audit
Shri Vivek V Maheshwari has been appointed as the new Head – Internal Audit, with effect from January 1, 2026. He previously held the position of Chief General Manager Finance (Internal Audit).
Shri Vivek V Maheshwari’s Background
Shri Maheshwari holds a P.G. Diploma in Management in Executive Management from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR), Mumbai, and is an ACA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) & B.Com in Financial Accounting from Mulund College of Commerce (MCC), Mumbai. He has a strong background in finance, including roles in Corporate Treasury and Shared Services, and has also headed critical finance roles for businesses like Retail, BPRI, Gas & International Trade.
