One 97 Communications has completed the acquisition of the remaining stakes in Admirable Software Limited, Mobiquest Mobile Technologies Private Limited, and Urja Money Private Limited. Following these acquisitions, all three entities are now direct, wholly-owned subsidiaries of One 97, a move that simplifies the group structure. This restructuring was initially disclosed in October and November of 2025.
Group Structure Streamlined
One 97 Communications has finalized its plan to simplify its group structure. The company has completed the acquisition of the remaining shares in the following entities:
- 100% shareholding in Admirable Software Limited
- Remaining 34.29% shareholding in Mobiquest Mobile Technologies Private Limited
- Remaining 32.53% shareholding in Urja Money Private Limited
Subsidiary Status
As of December 31, 2025, Admirable Software Limited, Mobiquest Mobile Technologies Private Limited, and Urja Money Private Limited are now direct wholly-owned subsidiaries of One 97 Communications.
