Entities Involved in Amalgamation

The scheme of amalgamation involved U.K. Paints (Overseas) Limited (Transferor Company-1) and B.J.N. Holdings (I) Limited (Transferor Company-2). These entities were incorporated under the laws of Jersey.

The Jersey Financial Services Commission approved the scheme on October 24, 2024, and the National Company Law Tribunal approved it on May 23, 2025.
