Mr. Jignesh Rathod, currently Director-Operations, will become CEO Designate immediately and formally assume the CEO role on May 16, 2026. Leadership Changes at WAAREE Energies
WAAREE Energies has announced a change in its leadership team. Mr. Amit Paithankar has resigned from his position as Whole Time Director & Chief Executive Officer to pursue other opportunities, effective May 15, 2026, or an earlier mutually agreed upon date.
Appointment of New CEO
Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Jignesh Rathod as Chief Executive Officer Designate, effective immediately. Currently serving as Director – Operations, Mr. Rathod will work closely with the outgoing CEO during the transition period.
Mr. Jignesh Rathod will formally assume the position of Chief Executive Officer and Key Managerial Personnel on May 16, 2026, or an earlier date as notified, following Mr. Paithankar’s departure.
About Mr. Jignesh Rathod
Mr. Jignesh Rathod has been with WAAREE Energies since November 28, 2007, bringing over 18 years of experience in manufacturing operations, capacity expansion, and process optimization. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a Master’s degree in Business Administration, and a Doctorate in Business Administration.

The Board has acknowledged Mr. Paithankar’s leadership and contributions during his tenure, during which the Company strengthened its operational capabilities and expanded its footprint.
