Following the transmission, his total holding now stands at 2,424,825 shares, representing 0.25% of the total share/voting capital of Asian Paints.

Impact on Total Share Capital

The equity share capital/total voting capital of Asian Paints both before and after the acquisition remains at 959,197,790. The transmission does not affect the total number of outstanding shares but represents a shift in ownership within the promoter group.
