Aegis Vopak Modifies Coupon Rate for NCD Issuance

Aegis Vopak Terminals Limited has revised the coupon rate for its previously announced Non-Convertible Debenture (NCD) issuance. The board approved a modification to the coupon rate, increasing it from 7.20% p.a. to 7.40% p.a. This adjustment pertains to the proposed issuance of NCDs totaling up to Rs. 1030,00,00,000 on a private placement basis, originally disclosed on December 04, 2025. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Coupon Rate Adjustment

Aegis Vopak Terminals Limited has announced a modification to the coupon rate associated with its planned issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). The updated rate has been set at 7.40% per annum. This revised rate was approved by the Board of Directors on December 26, 2025.

NCD Issuance Details

The company intends to raise funds via the issuance of NCDs, with a total amount of up to Rs. 1030,00,00,000 (Rupees One Thousand and Thirty Crores only). The issuance will occur on a Private Placement basis. The first coupon reset will happen 1 year and 1 day from the deemed date of allotment, then annually. Principal will be paid as a bullet payment. Other terms and conditions disclosed earlier on December 04, 2025, remain unchanged.
