ERL will focus on generating power using renewable energy sources. ERL has an authorized and paid-up capital of ₹1,00,000 each and is yet to commence business operations.

Adani Green Energy Limited has announced the incorporation of a new step-down subsidiary, Ecothrive Renewables Limited (ERL), as of December 26, 2025. This entity is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Adani Renewable Energy Holding Eleven Limited, which itself is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Adani Green Energy.
Purpose and Capitalization
Ecothrive Renewables Limited will focus on the generation of power using renewable energy sources. As of the incorporation date, ERL has an authorized capital of ₹1,00,000 and a paid-up capital of ₹1,00,000. Currently, Ecothrive Renewables is in the initial stages and has not yet commenced business operations. Adani Renewable Energy Holding Eleven Limited holds 100% of the share capital of ERL.
