Great Eastern Shipping Greatship Oilfield Services Dissolution Completed

Great Eastern Shipping Company announces that the National Company Law Tribunal has ordered the dissolution of Greatship Oilfield Services Limited (GOSL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Greatship (India) Limited (GIL). Consequently, GOSL has ceased to exist as a company and subsidiary of GIL, effective December 22, 2025. This follows the company’s prior announcement in April 2025 regarding the voluntary liquidation of GOSL.

Dissolution of Subsidiary

Great Eastern Shipping Company has announced the completion of the dissolution of Greatship Oilfield Services Limited (GOSL). GOSL was a wholly owned subsidiary of Greatship (India) Limited (GIL).

NCLT Order

The National Company Law Tribunal has officially passed an order for the dissolution. As a result, GOSL has ceased to exist as a company and is no longer a subsidiary of GIL. This order was issued on December 22, 2025.

Background

This action follows a previous announcement made on April 30, 2025, where Great Eastern Shipping informed stakeholders about the Board’s approval for the voluntary liquidation of GOSL. This dissolution is part of a restructuring effort within the Great Eastern Shipping group.
